Objective: Rishabh Engineering was tasked with providing comprehensive as-built documentation services for 20,000+ drawings for the Global Petrochemical Complex, which included the updating of various engineering drawings across multiple disciplines. The scope of work encompassed plot plans, GA drawings, isometrics, equipment drawings, electrical and instrumentation equipment lists, cable trays, platforms and ladders, civil and structural foundations, utility blocks, data sheets for all disciplines, and hazardous classification areas. The deliverables included updated drawings in MicroStation and AutoCAD formats, as well as the complex red mark update through raster to vector conversion, ensuring precise and current documentation for the client’s engineering requirements.
Case 2 : Piping Detailed Engineering Of HRSG Units For Power & Desalination Plants
Project: Piping detail engineering, equipment modeling & structure modeling for Heat Recovery Steam Generator units of Power and Desalination Plants
Client: A South Korea-based organization providing international-grade design, engineering & construction services to various power plants for the last 20 years. They also engage in various SOC projects like building subways, highways, highway railroads, apartments, and commercial buildings.
Objective: Our team successfully executed a comprehensive Piping Detailed Engineering and 3D Modeling project for Power & Desalination plants using the Offshore Delivery Model. The project encompassed equipment modeling for PPA, HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator), HP (High Pressure) & LP (Low Pressure) drums, silencers, main stack, bypass stack & blow down tank, and pumps. It included the complete structural modeling of HRSG, inlet duct, main stack platforms, bypass stack platforms, stairs platform, and ladders, along with the design and modeling of a complete piping arrangement, including small bore lines. RES marked and modeled all physical supports, extracted stress isometrics, system isometrics, and fabrication isometric drawings, and prepared comprehensive MTO in Excel format and GA drawings.
