Designing-of-EV-Charging-Station-Infrastructure.jpg

Description

Client

A UK-based manufacturer supports businesses of all sizes with end-to-end Electric Vehicle (EV) solutions, including installing best-in-class chargers and on-the-road charging solutions.

Engineering Requirement

Rishabh Engineering had to conduct a feasibility study & deliver comprehensive reports for EV charging station infrastructure design outlining recommendations with practical layouts per site. Our team conducted multiple feasibility studies for implementing the charging station infrastructure by considering various factors, including the type of charger plugs across AC & DC points and varied types of vehicles.

The detailed scope of activities for EV charging station design included;

  • Assessing site suitability
  • Sketch Preparation
  • Single Line Diagram (SLD)
  • Cable Block Diagram
  • Duct Layout

The comprehensive reports provided by our electrical engineering services team facilitated informed decision-making regarding the implementation of the EV charging station infrastructure. Delivering detailed recommendations and feasible layouts per site enabled the client to accurately estimate CAPEX/OPEC investment costs for the proposed design of EV charging station infrastructure. The meticulous assessment of site suitability and meticulous planning of infrastructure layouts ensured efficient and effective integration of EV charging stations, meeting the client’s requirements and objectives.
