Description

Client

Europe-based specialist in manufacturing and servicing reciprocating compressors and grinding technology solutions

Engineering Requirement

The client wanted to develop a hydrogen compressor package by addressing the intricacies of piping, 3D modeling, and civil foundation mounting. They were in pursuit of a specialist with detailed experience in all verticals.

Rishabh Engineering was appointed as their trusted skid design partner for this engagement. By utilizing the prowess of Autodesk Plant 3D, Autodesk Inventor, and SAP ECTR, our team worked diligently to bring the client’s vision to life. We conducted equipment and piping layout modeling, admin activity, preparation of MTOs, isometrics for IFC to create skid fabrication drawings, flywheel guard fabrication drawings, instrument rack fabrication drawings, and CW tank fabrication drawings.

Each compressor package is listed below systems;

  • Process Gas System
  • Lube Oil System
  • Cooling Water System
  • Purge Gas System
  • Plant Water Open Loop System
  • Instrument Air System

The challenges were formidable, but Rishabh’s determination shone bright. With limited familiarity with the client’s systems, our team owned the project and, in turn, won the client’s trust. It is a testament to our design and engineering team’s commitment to excellence in engineering, civil work, and 3D modeling. This case study showcases a harmonious blend of technology, teamwork, and innovation, where Rishabh Engineering turned challenges into triumphs, showing that they are indeed a force to be reckoned with in the oil and gas industry.
